Reporting into senior leadership, you’ll oversee the organisation’s technology environment end-to-end. This is a broad, hands-on role where you’ll balance operational support with continuous improvement, vendor management, and input into longer-term strategy. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders, external specialists, and a managed service provider (MSP) to ensure systems are secure, reliable, and fit for purpose. Key Responsibilities Own and manage the organisation’s IT environment across infrastructure, cloud, and security; Oversee and optimise relationships with MSPs and external vendors; Provide hands-on support and troubleshoot complex technical issues; Support broadcast systems in collaboration with external specialists; Drive improvements across systems, processes, and documentation (SOE, asset registers, etc.); Ensure strong IT governance and cyber security practices; and Contribute to technology roadmap planning alongside leadership. What You’ll Bring 5 years’ experience in Systems Administration or IT Management; Strong understanding of infrastructure, networking, and security; Experience working across hybrid environments (on-prem cloud); Proven ability to manage vendors and MSPs; Exposure to IT governance and cyber security frameworks; Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset; and Experience improving processes, documentation, and overall IT maturity. Nice to have Exposure to media, broadcasting, advertising or AV environments; and Experience working in smaller, lean organisations.
